I recently went on a surf camp to North Stradbroke Island after a writer pitched me a story idea about the retreat. I thought it sounded wonderful and it was. Chix Surfin is the best way to get standing on a board. When I got home the writer had filed so the story got a run this year in MyCareer’s final edition before Christmas.

Raine Busch is the owner of the business and is an inspiring, impressive woman. She keeps the prices low to make it accessible to women (only) everywhere. It cost me around $500 for four night, seven surf lessons, four yoga lessons and six meals. Plus I spent several days with some beautiful women. Could not recommend http://chixsurfin.com/ highly enough.

This is my piece that featured on the back page of Sunday Age Sport. Such an inspirational young woman.

Robert Kiyosaki is a bit of a hero of mine so I jumped at the opportunity to do a couple of stories with him – one feature and one business story. I read Rich Dad Poor Dad years ago and still often think about his advice. He knows what’s going on!
